I am in the midst of yet another head gasket replacement and will be
interested in the same information. The head itself I plan to dip into
diesel fuel to clean out the oil/water, then a detergent mixture to remove
the diesel fuel, followed with a good spray with WD/40 to retard any rusting.
Anyone see any problem with doing this?
