My racer has been fitted with 7/16" studs. No problems with the wheels in
racing, so for street use it will be OK for sure. I read that the "standard"
for racing is to go to 5/8" studs, but the few racing Midgets I have seen
close had also the 7/16" studs. What do the "Team Thicko" racers think?
