Hello J.,

       heating the garage floor is an excellent suggestion! one
       reasonable way to do this is to install a system of WATER pipe
       tie wired to the re-bar before you pour the concrete. to heat
       the floor simply install a HOT WATER HEATER and a small
       circulation pump! WARM FLOOR, HEATED GARAGE! also be sure to
       put in TOILET! running water, tho nice is not enough. perhaps
       even a fiberglass shower. also, a system with plenty of outlets
       for your air-compressor around the whole inside of the building
       can be done with PCV pipe. cheaper and easier to repair than
       iron. what else... oh yes, a 200 amp electrical panel. you can
       never have enough outlets where you need em! ...
