Just one thing to add;
Check the grounds, check both the ground to the body of the car from
the battery and the ground from the frame to the block. Pay particular
attention to the ground from the battery to the attachment point at the
firewall.
This assumes that you have checked for clean positive (+) connections at
the selenoid, battery and the starter.
Dirty connections can let enough amps thru to "click" the selenoid but
not enough to turn the starter.
