Don't get too uptight, Frank. Let me assure you that the windblockers for 
the Spridget really do not accomplish a whole lot. Some of us do not have 
the Gulf Stream drifting past to keep a certain amount of termperance to the 
weather you know. Those lectric vests sound purty attractive to me.
