I've seen decent ones on ebay from time to time. If the seller is 
willing to crate it, there are shipping methods that are reasonable 
cost-wise.

Fiberglass bonnets can be found through race suppliers. I think they may 
require some fabrication of mounting brackets though. Ask the supplier 
or others on this list that race, like WST and Ron Soave.
