Apology for a rant

I must apologize for listening to and then believing the media reporting 
blame an "asrsonist" for starting the fire in Orange County this week.   
It turns out that the media had gotten a little too far ahead of the 
story, because blaming an arsonist would make a better emotional 
headline.  Now, it seems as if the fire's origin was in a controlled 
burn that the U.S. Forest Service had made 10 days earlier some away.  
Everyone thought that the burn had been extinguished, when in actuallity 
it is believed to have smoldered until sparks developed and were carried 
to where the big fire ignited.

Lesson learned:  I should not listen to the media!  For doing so, I 
apologize for my outburst.
