Hi Cyrille,

one possibility is, that your tires (not being of the modern low profile type)
'bend' to the outside of the turn in relation to the part which is in contact
with the pavement. That makes you feel like the car is moving in relation to
the back axle.

Betreff: Question: back axle stability

Hello,

When I do sharp turns on my 78 midget, it feels like the back (arse,
rear end) of the car is movind sideways compared with the back axle (I
have not mesured it, but it is a feeling).
Is it normal? Is there a way I can make things tighter (I have normal
springs, with stock shock and everything is tighten properly).

Regards, cyrille
