  Are you sure the lug bolt holes in your Libres are actually drilled out and 
not slotted from the factory?
  Some aluminum wheels were slotted at the factory so they'd fit lots of cars.  
They compensated by using special lug nuts with some kind of attached washer.
  No I never actually had a set.  Didn't like the idea myself, but lots of 
wheels were sold that way.
