Ahh, what's the worst that could happen?  He orders a sleet storm and I 
don't have to drive to Madison for a boring 4 hour meeting.  Oh, ouch.

Is shutting down any state capitol a bad thing?  HAHAHAHA

Less time in operation = less damage that can be done.
