this condition is not unusual. Getting ALL the air out of the clutch line IS 
problematic.

As long as it's basically useable, it has been my experience that whatever air 
bubbles are left over after more or less thorough bleeding will eventually work 
their way up
to the MC. Drive it a while and keep your eye on the fluid level in the MC. 
Expect the
level to drop as "air" works it's way to "the top" and displaces fluid.
