You usually only get what you pay for ( if you're lucky ).  Anything else 
should be suspect.

I knew a guy who spend a lot of time and put a lot of wear and tear on his car 
driving around buying cheap tools and then returning them.  My advice was to 
buy appropriate quality for the job and do it once.  He said it was in his 
nature to need to get a deal.  I told him that the only deal his was getting 
was for the gas companies.
