  I know you said you don't weld but a good welder can make that pedal 
as good as new in no time at all.  The push rod could also be done but I 
would suggest a new one instead. Don't know about this car but I would 
look for a circlip to get out the push rod.

 I agree with the previous poster, this is not where you want to mickey 
mouse it.
