Use a c-clamp to compress those bushings really well.
The holes should line up by jacking the A-arm and sort of tweaking the shock
arm position. Dave Grandeffo did a great job of figuring a shim position and
thickness between the shock arm and trunnion bushing to remove preload from
the suspension. It showed in both lap times and tire wear. If it seems like
there's too much tension on the upper trunnion bolt after getting them to line
up, something may be a bit tweaked and you may want to shim it a bit.
