If that is what you mean, the needles will not fit in each other's pistons.
The swing needle uses a larger collar for the spring and the set screw.
BUT if you use the pistons and dashpots from the "other carbs" they will 
bolt right on.
You may get lucky and be able to just swap pistons but we all know that 
one should NEVER mix up the pistons and dashpots.
I am sure nobody ever mixed up the front and rear dashpots/pistons right? ;)
I have used switched carby pistons six ways from Sunday, some work fine, 
others stick or drop too quick.
