Check your State Insurance commiccion rules...
In the state of WA, the Insurance company is required to do one of the following
1) Repair your car to it's pre-accident condition.
or, if totalled
2) Provide you enough money to buy an replacement of the same year, make ,
model in it's pre-accident condtion (KBB), or
3) Buy you a replacement vehicle (year, make, model) in equivalent pre-accident
They do not inform you of this...
They *will* try to low-ball you!
