So Orville Oversteer sells his Sprites and retires to a 1/2 acre ranch
on the edge of East Lansing. One sunny saturday afternoon he decides to
stroll into town to do some business. Needing some work on the water
well he stops at the hardware store to get a bucket, and also picks up a
small anvil he'll need to adjust the SUs on his remaining round wheel
arch Midget.

He throws the anvil in the bucket and heads over to the feed and poultry
supply place. He gets a live goose he plans to pluck and cook at
Gratten, and a couple of chickens for later. A bit of a problem to get
all this home, but he ends up with the anvil in the bucket in his right
hand, the goose firmly in his left, and a chicken under each armpit.
Homeward bound.

A few blocks down the street he runs into a woman who asks "Excuse me
sir, but can you tell me how to get to 948 BMC lane?" Orville exclaims
"Gosh, what a coincidence - I live at 1275 BMC Lane, follow me. Here,
let's take my my shortcut and duck down this alley here."

The woman jumps back aghast and says "How do I know you won't lead me
down the alley, then lift my skirt and take advantage of a poor,
helpless woman?"

Orville looks at the woman with a look of disdain and retorts "Lady, I
have this bucket, this anvil, this goose and a couple of damn chickens
to carry! How on earth am I going to be able to have my way with you?"

She thinks for a moment and says "Okay, set the goose down, put the
bucket over him, set the anvil on the bucket to keep him there, and I'll
hold the chickens."
