In Michigan my Tiger is titled as a 'Rootes 66'. I went to the DMV to
buy tabs. The clerk behind the counter looked at my registration and
laughed. He asked if my car was named after the old T.V. show about
the two guys driving across country.

Think you have a problem with production date, huh? My car was titled and
registered as a "Roote". When I purchased, the DMV insisted that it be
registered under the same brand name shown on the bill of sale and previous
registration. So it's a Roote. In Vermont we don't get smogged. If we did
it would be interesting to try to find mine on their list. Mark
