Ford motors run better at warmer temps than those "other" brands. If it isn't 
spewing water and not percolating I think you are fairly safe. My engine 
builder (formally assistant director of research for the Ford 4 cam motor used 
in 
champ and F1 cars of the past) said that 215 or 220 should not be of great 
concern.
