Water temp and fuel gauges are off the voltage regulator.  The tach
power is not.  So its likely that there is a 12V or panel ground issue
somewhere,

seconds after startup. I checked the ground and it seems to be ok. Do
you think that maybe the voltage stabilizer is going?
