Bolt the dorrs on & make sure there is space for them to shut before welding.

I had a shop do the floor & sills on my TR3.  I think they held the doors in 
place munis the hinges for a check fit.  Much later in the project I went to 
hang the doors and discovered that they didn't close.  They were off by about 
1/4 inch.  I had to send the car back to the shop and it was a couple of months 
later that she came back with 1/4 inch wider door openings.

Thoses sills align the front of the body with the rear so the alignment needs to
be right on for everything to fit anf look right.
