Hello all,
I'd like to probe the collective wisdom of the triumphs list with a problem I
think I may have
discovered on my car.
Driving into work today I have noticed a knocking sound coming from my Vitesse
2ltr M2. It's one of
those disconnected noises which seems to reverberate inside and come from
everywhere and
nowhere. It appears under sharp braking and clumsy pulling away from
standstill.
If you pushed me I'd have to say I think it comes from the back of the car.
It's a knocking, not a clicking
(I've already had one of those!).
Before I go tearing into the job with little or no direction, can anyone point
me in the area I should
be looking at - suspension bushes? diff mountings? anything else?
