I have purchased the fixed back TR3 seat frame. I first noticed it in a sale
flyer early-ish in '95. I looks to me like a very well made product. I was
very happy with its overall construction. But like any painted metal part I
purchase I did refinish the paint. I have not yet mounted the seat in place so
I can not comment about the track mounting hole locations, but my seat springs
fit nicely and the upolstry kit fit nicely.
Ether way, it sure beats the rusted originals that were selling used for the
same price range as these nice reproductions.
I for one was most happy to see Moss make them available.
