     I believe the Austin built among other cars lots of the taxis in 
     London...big, black, sedans with tiny engines and even smaller turning 
     radii...they can be purchased...in fact one sits a few blocks from 
     here on used car lot for $5000.00 (1958).

A friend came across an old car he must dispose of. Knows nothing about Brit 
cars.  Said it is an "Austin of London" according to the badging.  Former 
owner said only about 150 were made. Does not know age or anything else.  I 
am going to look at it soon.  Can any one help me with info?
