  Welcome to the list! I have one small suggestion, a question really.
When you honed the cylinders (Clutch master and slave), is it possible
that you left a surface that was so ruogh that it "chewed up" the seals?
I have never used a hone, for reasons of economy, I usually just wetsand
the bores with #400 grit wet sanding paper and a little water. The
resul-
ant finish is about smooth as paper, I'd say. It dosen't shine, but you 
can't feel roughness either.
  Outside of this, I can't offer any other suggestions, it seems you're
doing everything right.~Unless you're using something strong like laquer
thinner to "clean" the rubber parts off (hint: they're already clean).
