Fellow Scions,
Having just returned from the great northwest, I am happy to relate
that at least the turkey there is not rain soaked. We landed two days after
the snow storm that paralyzed much of the area (lucky), but the weather gods
would not let us off that easy. We were deluged by rain the rest of the week.
Sure you say, what did I expect? Well try telling that to two stir crazy kids
as each day I had to explain that NO, they couldn't play with the dog in the
backyard. Thank god for childrens museums and such! Anyway, the ONLY lbc I
saw the whole nine days was an older chrome bumper MG with a hard top. The
multi-colored primer effectively told the story of how treacherous the slippery
icy roads can be, yet this hardy soul continued to use it as his daily driver.
There's just no stopping some of us !
