  According to my uncle, who put a dual Weber setup on his D*tsun, there are
"state-approved" carb replacements in California for the original SU's on
the 240Z/260Z series with which you can pass the smog tests (such as the
dual DGV's he's running).  Does anybody know what the full story is behind
this, and if this is true for Triumphs as well?
