Senator Kopp,
I am writing to express my support for a modification of the Smog II rules
to include a provision that would exempt cars older than 25 years from the
current model year.
The Current year of 1966 does not show reason as cars 25 years and older are
for the most part kept as a hobby interest and are operated infrequently.
Thereby contributing little to the total emissions in the State.
