Spit Frame

Hello All:

I've got a question about where to start with a frame off restoration.
Would it be a good idea to take the car to a frame specialist to have
the frame dimensions checked and corrected if needed before I replace
the rusted floors? Or would it be better to take the bare frame in
to have adjustments made.
