Here's a response I got back from the post I made to senator Kopp about 
the pending legislation on the polution issue (California I believe).  I 
saw a post on the net about his interest in it and sent him my comments 
on exempting classic cars etc. Even though I am not in his state he 
responded (actually he didn't know that).
