It was a few years ago, but a mechanic friend of ours obtained a mailing
list of registered Volkswagon owners. He's a Volkswagon specialist. I
believe he obtained the list from the state of Ohio and I think he was
able to request it by zip code. We spent an evening helping him address
a mailing.
I'll take responsibility to check into this for Ohio. Maybe someone
could take each state that we cover here.
