TR6 Paint Color & Seat Belts

I am having my '70 TR6 stripped, minor body work, and complete rust
removal/sealing done. In preparation, I will be removing all interior
trim, carpet, etc., so preparing for a complete interior restoration
when I get the car back from the shop. While getting my ducks (and bucks)
in order, I need your advice on two areas.

1.      The original colour is New White (19) but I plan on changing
        the colour (please no grief, I have wrestled over this and 
        decided if I'm paying the big $ for a professional paint job,
        it's going to be the colour I want). I still want to keep the
        colour within those offered for '70 TR6 (a bit of a compromise
        on trying to maintain some authenticity) and am leaning toward
        green. The only colour green seems to be Laurel for my Comm. No.,
        but I can't find a reference to what this looked like. I have
        tried VTR's colour chips, but it is not listed. Anyone know of 
        a picture on the web with this colour or how it compairs to Emerald
        and British (Triumph) Racing Green?

2.      I want to replace the original seat belts (big, fat, canvas straps that
        hook into the floor bolts and have these huge metal clasps to secure 
the 
        belts) with no cross body shoulder straps.  Victoria British's catalog 
lists 
        Inertia Belts (#12-498) which would provide a much safer belt and 
includes a
        shoulder strap. It indicates for TR6 models up to '74 (? yr, not 
important),
        you must buy 3 pairs of reinforcement plates to be secured in the wheel 
well.
        Has anyone installed these or similar replacement belts and what was 
your
        experience? Also, will this type of replacement belt fit into the 
existing
        bolt holes in the floor and wheel well used for the original belts 
(although I  
        don't have the cross strap, the interior wheel well does have the bolt, 
capped, 
        for one to be attached)? VB could provide no assistnace to these 
questions, 
        but very nice over the phone. If anyone is interested, I'd be willing 
to sell   
        the original belts at a resonable price. They are in good shape, 
although a bit
        dirty and faded.
