Hi Jason,   Yes I have a complete carb tool.     Since I have the Carb out of 
the car, I was doing the adjustment (actually looking for a change) with the 
piston & diapragm out of the carb.

IF ONLY the tool would start moving the needle, I would be a "happy dude".
