TR3 exhaust

     Does anyone have some qualitative data on what kind of horsepower 
     increase can be expected from installing an exhaust header on a TR3? 
     It seems like an easy and inexpensive way to get an immediate 
     performance improvement, but I'm wondering if it's worth it i.e. if 
     there's enough gain to justify the expense.
