Speedbleeders

Hi all!

I have seen some of the Speedbleeder thread, and was wondering if
someone would enlighten me as to exectly what a Speedbleeder is!  Does
it install in-line in your car and stay there?  Is it a one-time thing? 
Someone please let me know...  I like to make my life easier, and if
this will do it, then hey, I'm there.
