I've got two completely rust-free California TR 4A's... :)  
(Okay, in one of them... I replaced the floorpan and rocker.  When the
car sat for 20  years, exposed, with a hole in the top....  the driver's
side finally bought it!  And, um, I do live in California.  : )

Seriously, though, In regards to panels.... 

I have a fiberglass TR 4 bonnet... if you're interested... 

On the other hand... I'm on the look out for a good boot lid... If you
run into a good one... after you've found one for you... let me know!
