        Just received this.  SB-42, the California bill which would 
relax the smog testing of cars 25 years and older, is up for a vote
in the Senate Finance Committee tomorrow (Friday 29 Aug).

        Please give a quick call to 916-322-4323 and ask them
to vote Yes on SB-42.  Alternatively, fill out the form

(really quick and easy!).
