Tyre sizes 195-75 and 205-70 should have similar rolling radii to the
original 185-(78?). Any differences should be smaller than the normal
inaccuracy of the speedo. If it is of great concern, get the speedo
checked and recalibrated after fitting the new tyres.

The 205-70 fits my car without any clearance problems, so 195-75 should
have plenty of clearance. They ride well, but they came with the car, so I
cannot compare them with other sizes.

Try:

to check more precisely.
