pep boys people cant find the paint when you paint "PAINT" in 3 foot 
letters above the cage....so rather than train the lad to know where the 
paint is they remove the sign.

I think there's a Ford Festiva... 91-93 seems about right.  It's like 
the
Suzuki Forsa (early chev. sprint), probably built by Mazda.  Methinks 
the
kid at Pep Boys can't read, either :o)
