Keith, You seem to be exactly right. Les Leston apparently was a supplier
for aftermarket & Dealer Supplied equipment. This steering wheel
seems to be one of theirs. I am interested in finding out more about
this company/person. Anybody know?

the 60's that there was an accessories dealer or manufacturer named Les
Leston (sp?). That may be what you have.
