TR3A ride height

What is the correct height from the ground to the bottom rim of the fenders at
the 4 wheels for a TR3A with proper springs, etc? Mine is 25 1/2 " - 25 3/4"
at 3 wheels and 27" at the left front (left hand drive vehicle). I know it
needs some ball joints and bushings, but has new front shocks and the front
springs seem ok at 9 3/4".  I am trying to find the problem if there is one.
