That's an early motor.  Triumph made a change (I don't know what) to the
crank at KC5000.  I think they changed bearing sizes.  At any rate, some
parts for the early motors are difficult to come by.  
A while back there was a fellow in Montana (?) who was desperately looking
for a motor for his very early, I think about KC100, GT6.  He might be
interested in this engine.  If anybody remembers who he is or what his email
address is, perhaps they can forward the info to him.  Maybe John should
post his motor on the VTR website.  This fellow had posted his plea for an
engine there...
