Hi All,
Does anyone have a float chamber lid for a S.U. AUC786 carb. they
want to sell? This is the model which uses the big banjo bolt to
attach the fuel line. Please respond with condition and price if
you have one available.
The thread for the float seat is stripped on one of mine. It looks
like the thread is BS 1/4-27 so I'm thinking about trying to use
a 1/4-28 Helicoil to see if that works. The thread isn't very long
so being 1 thread off in an inch isn't too bad. Has anyone tried this?
