| Same place the push-pull switch goes, in the hole next to (and outside of) the heater control knob. The hole is supposed to be present in the steel dash in non-OD cars, but you will have to cut a hole in the vinyl. A sharp X-acto knife should let you follow the outline of the D-shaped hole.
