Canadian Listers

Hi,

I ordered a some parts from BPNW a few weeks ago and had them shipped
regular ground mail. I've never had trouble with this before, but this time
they've take twice as long as any other time. Does anyone know how I can
follow up on parts that may be stuck at customs or held up by Canada Post?
