Well, got the TR4 motor turning again tonight. First off, some thanks:

Fred Thomas: Carb stuff (especially the float!! old one's a wind-chime)
Obsolete Automotive: gaskets (and they sent me the right ones this time)

Silver Streak Boats: timely (and cheaply) aluminum welding
I can hear the valve noise now! Joy, joy! And the exhaust note is, well,
amazing. Tomorrow I will finish bolting the fenders on, slap some Stuff
over the holes-I-will-fix-when-I-get-more-money, and terrorize the
neighborhood.
Hope to see Van. Island (and surrounding) listers at the British Car
Affair In The Park, this sunday, Fort Rodd Hill.
