I am in exactly the same situation. I ordered a part LAST fall and it
came this past July. The item didn't fit and I sent it back for
exchange. When I called the a couple weeks later they said that all
the parts were the same and I my card would be credited (Were they
going to tell me?). One statement has come and gone, no credit . .
