Hi Stef:
I did a complete restoration on a '70 TR6 and am just getting
started on a '59 TR3A. I too started with little mechanical ability
but you do learn fast. Besides the Haynes, the Bently is probably the
best when it comes to showing you in detail all aspects of repair.
The Roadster Factory's parts books (yes, two) for the TR6 is
also a great reference since it breaks all aspects of the 6 down part
by part.
