Lister, on my recent post about the yeas & nays of the rocker oiler and the
excess oil on my under carriage, here is the explanation =in removing the
oiler from my car, I discovered the very dumb owner had installed the
silicone (J.M. Wagner) valve cover gasket incorrectly and let the valve
cover cut the back of the gasket rather rudely, this in turn leaked oil out
the rear of the cover while under way, and the air/draft under the car took
very good care to spread it all over the place, another case of owner abuse,
but, yers I did remove the oiler. "FT"
