Jack,

I tried to find a "premium" quality filter for my TR4 spin filter
setup. I believe the filters are the same for the TR6 adapter.

My Adapter specified a FRAM PH3600... but this is probably the
cheesiest filter available.

Here is a list of filters I have in stock that all are PH3600
equivalents but are in the latest technology category. They tend
to cost between $6-9 instead of the $2.50 for the FRAM but my TR4
only gets restored once in my lifetime.

WIX 51516 -- Highest rated
Mobil-1 M1-209 -- very small micron and relief
valve
AC Delco Ultragaurd Gold UPFL400A -- similar to the Mobil-1
Puralator PurONE PL20195 - currently installed

and if you don't buy into the premium idea... AutoZone has a
inexpensive one that I would use over the FRAM

I just installed the spin-on oil filter kit on my TR6. Works just
fine
-- no leaks, etc etc.

The filter supplied with the kit is a Coopers Z25. Anyone know
what size
American filters are interchangeable?
